Annual Planning Meeting
Saturday, July 6, 10:45am – 3:45pm
This summertime meeting is an opportunity to
Skills sprints are 15 minutes of interactive learning that you can put to use
in your everyday life–at home, at work, with other organizations. Sprints are led by
established professionals and avid timebankers! See the program for more information.
This meeting is free but registration is required by Sat., June 29, 10:45am.
The event is open to the public and limited to 20 people. Minors are welcomed
but they must be accompanied by an adult. Register by emailing us at
support@bace.org and let us know whether you plan to bring food, beverage, or dessert.
In keeping with timebanking principles, you will receive timebanking hours for time attended.

1:00 – 2:00pm: Breakout Session: Identify 3 barriers to reaching Timebank vision
/mission, rank from greatest to least, and brainstorm solutions
2:00 – 3:00pm Planning projects for 2019-2020 that address barriers
3:00 – 3:15pm Closing & cleaning up
3:15 – 3:45pm Do action items / followup with participants (Optional but recommended)
Communications Sprint
Ms. Johnston began speaking about communication and collaboration, especially for remote workers and volunteers, in 2015. As a Consultant in the STEM fields, she brings clarity and precision to a team’s communication in an effort to save time for all involved. Monica is an avid timebanker and serves as a Co-Director for the BACE Timebank.
