DESCRIPTION:Timebank membership and exchanges can ebb and flow\, but when you notice a decreasing trend in the number of members and/or exchanges\, it is time to start asking questions. Speaker\, Monica Johnston\, will discuss salient warning signs that your timebank is having problems and provide a process for rejuvenating your timebank. During the pandemic\, many timebank coordinators have expressed that it has been especially challenging to engage members and attract new members. This webinar with work with you to generate 40+ low/no contact ways to do exchanges at your timebank. The webinar ends with a longer than typical Q&A so that participants can get feedback on their specific timebank challenge.

As a Time Philanthropist\, she gives 30-40 hours per month to people and organizations around the world and has been timebanking since 2014. Alexis is the Edgar Cahn Memorial Intern and has experience working with nonprofit organizations.
