DESCRIPTION:There are two ways that nonprofit organizations can integrate timebanking into their organization.  This webinar will demonstrate why organizations may want to integrate timebanking into client programs\, and secondly\, how they can use timebanking to attract and retain a more diverse group of volunteers to their organization. This webinar is led by Monica Johnston and Alexis Contreras.  Monica is a former co-director and current advisor to the BACE timebank. As a Time Philanthropist\, she gives 30-40 hours per month to people and organizations around the world and has been timebanking since 2014.
